Roeburndale Methodist Church

   Roeburndale Methodist Church lies in an isolated dale surrounded by steep hillsides and and serves a small but faithful congregation drawn mainly from the local farming community. It has close links with the Wray chapel.

 
Location: in the valley of Roeburndale West (click for map). From Lancaster follow the A683 towards Kirkby Lonsdale. About a mile after Claughton, take the right fork onto the B6480. At the first crossroads, turn right and follow this narrow, single track road for approximately 5 km. After crossing the river, the church is on the left hand side.   Services: Sundays, 10.30 am
