The Churches of the Lancaster Circuit of the Methodist Church of Great Britain

		Tewitfield Methodist Church is situated at the northernmost navigable point of the Lancaster canal, with a witness to holidaymakers from the nearby caravan park and marina.
Location: beside the canal bridge at Tewitfield (click for map). From junction 35 of the M6, take the M601 spur. At the roundabout at the end of this road, turn right on the A6. At the next roundabout go straight ahead on the A6070 (signposted Burton in Kendal). Once over the motorway bridge, turn right onto the minor road (there is a signpost to the church at this point).
