Wray Methodist Church

  Wray Methodist Church is at the north-eastern end of the Circuit, serving the village of Wray and surrounding area. The church runs a Sunday school, various young people’s groups including football training, a ‘Sportsreach’ week in August and is linked with both a football and cricket team. There is a weekly prayer meeting and the midweek fellowship meets through the winter, as well as a monthly ladies’ meeting. The church has strong links with the chapel at Roeburndale.
Location: in Wray village  (click for map). From Lancaster follow the A683 towards Kirkby Lonsdale. About a mile after Claughton, take the right fork onto the B6480. The church is on the right hand side on entering the village of Wray.   Services: Sundays, 10.30 am and 6.30 pm
